Basic Obedience ( Group )

This program covers the same fundamental commands as our private classes but in a group setting and with less individualized detail. For those seeking more tailored instruction, additional private classes are available for $58 per session.

Service Dog Training

Our service dog training begins with a temperament assessment to determine if your furry companion has the potential to become a fully qualified service dog. The cost varies based on your dog's trainability, existing knowledge, and required task work. This comprehensive program consists of two classes per week until your dog is fully trained and includes basic and advanced obedience, public access training, distraction management, and specialized task training. Each service dog in training will be provided with an official Astral K9 training vest, and upon successful completion, will receive a distinguished Astral K9 Service Dog vest and patch.

Advanced Obedience Training

Our Advanced Obedience Course is designed for dogs who have completed either our Puppy Class or Basic Obedience Class. This program takes your training to the next level by focusing on advanced skills. We refine basic commands without a leash and in high-distraction environments. Key training elements include emergency stop stays, long-distance stays and recalls, and off-leash heeling. This course is perfect for enhancing your dog’s responsiveness and reliability in various situations.

Boarding

Board and Training is ideal for clients seeking both boarding and comprehensive training for their dogs. This program, typically lasting one month, ensures your dog receives focused, around-the-clock attention from our trainer. During this time, your dog will master the commands taught in our Puppy and Basic Obedience classes, including crate training, while also benefiting from socialization with other dogs and people. It’s a convenient solution for enhancing your dog’s obedience and social skills while they stay with us.

Consultations

Before beginning any training class or boarding program, we always start with a consultation. This 30-minute to 1-hour meet-and-greet allows you, your dog, and our trainer to connect. During the consultation, we assess your dog's needs and determine the most suitable training program. It’s also an opportunity to discuss payment options and scheduling details to ensure a smooth and personalized experience.
